Jeff, did you actually kill -9 the tomcat process or use a service
tomcat stop?  Sometimes the service tomcat stop doesn't work and leaves
threads hanging around.

I suggest changing the send all address and see if it updates -- if it
doesn't then I think it has to do with something else like not editing
the right bluedragon file.
