Just so I am clear: I need to create two workers - one for openBD and one 
for railo.
Are the mappings for these put in host directives in server.xml or 
httpd.conf?

I have generally used the proxypass method of forwarding requests to tomcat 
from apache. Can you recommend a primer online setting up with mod_jk that 
is fairly clear for the newbie? It might make sense for me to bone up on 
the basic mod_jk method before coming back with more questions.
