I'm guessing that the CFML page in which this error occurs is
working with an Array. This array has a number of elements within, and the code is attempting to reference an element number which is higher or lower (-1, 0) than the array has indexes for. If the error message on the screen looks anemic, see if the version in the logs is more robust. Perhaps there's a relevant section of /ldi/locations.cfm that we can look at?
