Progress!

After finally sitting down with 3.0 (And 3.1, nightly) OpenBD Desktop I've
made a little progress.

It seems that for me, the issue is two-fold.

First off: No spaces in the pathname!

Second off: Context path needs to be set to / and not \

And this seems to have fixed the issue, at least for the moment, I'll be
doing some tests to see if it stays "unbroken" this time.

I'm running this on Windows 7 x64
