Not sure about this one. I unzipped the Nitghtly in a new folder and started it and got the same error.. Noticed that I didn't have the Provision checkbox set... Did that and irt worked.
Started the old Desktopp now with my test project having it's WEB-INF folder updated from the newly unpacked Desktop version Here I noticed that the Provision checkbox was set... So maybe it wasn't able to update my WEB-Info folder properly... Maybe just Delete the WEB-INF in your project folder and re-start your Desktop app and make sure you have the Provision checkbox set...
