Well I did get the OpenBD Version: 3,1 - OpenBD Build: 2013-12-30 04:03:18 GMT release on the latest nightly build of the Desktop version I reverted my copy from the Jetty since I got this other wierd error message so I then unzipped the Nightly Build of the OpenBlueDragonDesktop again... Again got the same error... Then I created a new empty openBDDesktop Folder and unzipped it again... Started up with the Provision and It worked as it should with the correct Build Date.... and also my original Desktop install worked after that with the correct build date...
