Yeah the Welcome page is easy, just paths.

But then the fun starts.

I had to use standard url, so 127.0.0.1/?controller=Say, which I don't 
mind, at least not for devving.

But when I tested the LinkTo function the whole thing comes down crashing. 
There's a problem with cfthrow, and you have to add </cfhtmlhead> at some 
point, and the irony of there being an error in the error-handler.

That's as far as I got the other day.
