Hi Guys, I have OpenBD 3.0 running on CentOS behind Tomcat.
I can edit OpenBD settings from the administrator console. Add datasources, collections, etc. I can edit any file remotely (via smb) in the tomcat folder. Every single folder EXCEPT bluedragon.xml I noticed, even after assigning correct permissions to the app's folder, every file had the correct permissions UNTIL I restart OpenBD. After a restart, the permissions on bluedragon.xml change to root/root ownership, and it's given only 'read' access rights. Clearly, this is why I can't edit it. If I go and change the permissions directly, i can edit the file UNTIL I restart OpenBD. (which I have to do when I change something in the file). Once I restart, permissions are changed back to the read only state. What's happening? I used to be able to edit this directly w/o issue. Is it syntax? Could I have a misconfiguration? Is there a validator I can use? Because it's a pretty dense config and I can't find any errors..... Thanks!
