Ok, I got it to keep the correct permissions after I restart OpenBD. However, if I edit the file with OpenBD Administrator, it creates a new bluedragon.xml, and renames my bluedragon.xml as bluedragon.xml.bak.1
The new file has the wrong permissions and becomes unchangeable.
