I know your feeling Marcus - it sadly comes with the territory. This is
why you should always code for yourself first, and the community
second. People can be ungrateful even when it is free. It is why i
never get into the heated online debates anymore - it is a complete
waste of time and serves no one but those that love to hear the sound of
their own voice and feel a sense of importance.
A simple "thank you, this is cool" can go a long way and be worth far
more than a dollar amount.
Keep at it my friend, any thing that helps a single developer, even if
its just you, is still moving the ball forward.
