I found a clue... when the email is being processed, CFSMTP server is indicating that it cannot find the CFCMail and CFCFilter files. (attached error message screen shots). Which seems really strange since the service starts with no errors. I have tried moving those CFC files to the same directory as the file that I'm starting the CFSMTP service with (index.cfm) - no joy.
Do these need to be 'installed' on the server somewhere instead of just in the application directory structure??
