Unless you are using osmo-bsc packages from https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/network:osmocom:nitb-split:nightly you are most definitely using SCCPlite, i.e. no M3UA and no SCTP. See https://osmocom.org/projects/cellular-infrastructure/wiki/Nightly_Builds We are still lacking in-depth (or any) documentation on the difference between SCCPlite and SCCP/M3UA. ~N
