Hi Anindya, I can successfully start osmo-bsc with your config file. It connects to osmo-stp on 127.0.0.1 fine.
I can reproduce the "(null)" in my logs if I don't start osmo-stp. Are you sure that you've started osmo-stp? An (unrelated) curiosity is that you have no BTS configured. ~N
