Unfortunately I have no experience with RPM based distributions and
don't know how and where (somewhere in docker-playground.git or
osmo-ci.git, I guess) to fix this.
Either we wait until our infrastructure expert @osmith is back from
holidays, or somebody else needs to invalidate Docker's cache somehow.
