By hand. I would not change the structure of the hole cvs. I would only move RAServer, ca and pki. This is much simpler than to move all the other files. Only if we create a new tree then we should create src/cgi-misc. Now we should create a directory like (httpd|apache)-(scripts|cgi|cgi-bin).
