What does this mean?

when trying to sign an initial certificate on the CA.
This is an incomplete conversion. I replaced REQUEST_SERIAL by CSR_SERIAL when I ported the RBAC from the old version to the new XML-based implementation. I fixed AC.pm and some xml-files. Now REQUEST_SERIAL should be gone.
