I reduced this time now to 0.24. The problem was a bad handling of the databasehandles in OpenCA::Logger::XML. Now we are closing the handles only if we destroy the object.
I thought the problem could be tied to the AC module... anyway now on my new P4-Centrino 1.5Mhz the command/menu generation is acceptable.
