Hi,

I added two things today:

First there is a new configure switch --disable-external-modules. This switch deactivates the compilation and installation of all non OpenCA modules. This should avoid makefile patching for packagers.

Second I created a trivial runlevel control file openca_rc. It installs in etc. The file is trivial but I strongly recommend to only put it into /etc/init.d and not into a runlevel directly because such critical things like PKIs should not started by default.

I think it's time to publish a new snapshot. A new RC will be published when it is more clear that we meat the requirements of the package maintainers. 0.9.2 will be the first release which is really usable as package and so it makes no sense to publish RCs before we know all the problems during package creation.
