last snapshot is OpenCA-SNAP-20031219.tar.gz (498 downloads)
last release is openca-0.9.1-7.tar.gz (1833 downloads)
and last rc is openca-0.9.2-RC1.tar.gz (386 downloads)

putting rc3 there would propably bring something about 300 testers (I'm
optimist ;)
