Yes.

No, the CA is offline. At the moment I dont use the normal
dataexchange for those emails. I transfer those mails on a
seperate disc and just "pipe" them to sendmail from my
machine.

Of course it would be nice if it possible to put those
emails in to "normal" dataexchange, because life would be much
easier. ;-)
