Hello! I was not sure if to send this post to the users or the devel list, but I thought, that translating has something to do with development of a product ;-) So...
I have in plan to translate the OpenCA 9.2.x to Slovene language, so I'm wondering to whom or how to submit the new language files and so on. And yes, also which files should be translated and if there is any special info about this... I wish for myself that there is already somebody translating it to Slovene, but I strongly doubt that :-( Thanks for all info!
