Using a snap from Thursday, I got the same error using DB(Sleepycat). Permisson denied during db init.

In config.xml it should be db_type "mysql" or "MySQL" ? Does it matter? I put there MySQL because Pg was with capital letter. 3. Why can't I see sql statements? This shouldn't be anyway any connection-related permission. 4. Is ./configure option --hierarchy-level= is still valid, and is going to be valid in release?
