Oliver,

I ran into the same thing few days ago and it turned out to be that the
install sets the default DB module as "DB" and not DBI in both the ca.conf
and node.conf files even though I set the module to be DBI in the config.xml
before running the configure.sh script in the $OPENCA/OpenCA/etc/ . So you
need to change it if you are using an SQL db. Hope that helps you

Best regards,
Bahaa Al-amood

Subject: [OpenCA-Devel] Unable to init database

Hi Folks,

I just setup a new Testsystem and am unable to init the database - the
most strange thing - OpenCA reports "The database was successfully
initialized." but the database is empty.

Even when I delete the database or provide wrong login data I get
"success"...

Think some errorreporting is not working here...

Im using mysql 4.0

Oliver
