I am a bit short of time currently and only had a quick glance at the
ER diagram.
My first impression and personal opinion is not to use the term 'voting',
because the approval process is not an election (IMHO). But of course
that's just me.

Perhaps we should start a glossary and definition of terms first so
we all know what terms to use.

Personally I felt it was very time consuming and difficult to
follow the conversation on the dual control ER issue last week,
mainly because we are all using different terms for the same
thing (or same term for different things), and I am not sure if
we currently all have the same idea of the issue.
