I did not see any thing relevant in the link you have sent me. I read the
guide but it does not say much about this error. How can you export the
SSLEnv in apache 2.0.X?

there is a Troubleshooting Section on this in the guide - I think you 
forgot to export the SSLEnv in your Apache Config:
