Please remeber to restart the OpenCA daemon if you change something in the configuration. The easiest thing for us is if you take a working configuration (please test that it really works), safe it, make the changes and then produce the crash. After the crash create a diff from the config files. Usually it is syntax error or something else in the config files.

And in the logs file from apache, I get :

This is definitely a misconfiguration. Please follow the above instructions. Create a working configuration make your changes and then diff them.
