Problem Description:
I'm trying to configure OpenCA with this configure options:
/configure --with-openssl-prefix=/usr --prefix=/usr/local/ca
--with-http-user=www-data --with-http-group=www-data
--with-htdocs-fs-prefix=/var/www/html
--with-cgi-fs-prefix=/var/www/cgi-bin --enable-dbi
--with-node-prefix=node-ca
When I start OpenCA with the script, I get this error message:
OpenCA Error: Server is not online or does not accept requests
(/usr/local/ca/OpenCA/var/tmp/openca_socket -
The logs file (stderr.log) has this info:

That means it has started but doesn't accept conections?
