That was what I thought at first time, but that's not
right.
If I process the request directly using OpenSSL in the
command line, the certificate doesn't contain the
garbage characters in the OIDs I'm adding to the
certificate, but if I process the request through
OpenCA, the Garbage characters appear in the game :-(

Well, I'm not so sure about this, I'm using OpenSSL
0.9.8, that, as I have been told, has utf8 support.

Can you do a favor for me? I can send you a request,
one of my openssl files, the one used to create this
request with the new OIDs, and the extfile for you to
process in your PKI environment?
