On Monday Julia or me will send the patch for openca branch 0.9.2.
It serves two purposes.
Besides making OCSP responder compilable with OpenSSL-0.9.8,
it also enables UTF8 support in OCSP responder
along with general approach presented in

Do you think that UTF8 support in OCSP responder
could be of use for some user cases which you are aware of?

It was used to be generated automatically, now it is currently
not used.. anyway for conditional compilation it is best to patch
the Makefile.am files.
