The idea is interesting and I guess it is something easy to do. The only
concern I have is the possibility of confusing the users when requiring
too many packages to be installed separately. Do you think this could lead
to some problems ? Maybe we could make an all-C package like:

        OpenCA-Tools-X.X.X.tar.gz

and requiring it to be installed before installing the OpenCA-Base (or
disabling options if the OpenCA-Tools is not installed -- e.g. the
SCEP interface). Another point is the possible problems when running
multiple configuration scripts (./configure) if wrong options are
used.

If this is the path we are going we will have:

        OpenCA-Base (Dependencies: OpenCA-Tools)
        OpenCA-Base-Doc (Dependencies: none)
        OpenCA-OCSPD (Dependencies: none)
        OpenCA-OCSPD-Doc (Dependencies: none)
        OpenCA-Tools (Dependencies: none)

Otherwise we would end up having:

        OpenCA-Base (Dependencies: OpenCA-SV OpenCA-SCEP)
        OpenCA-Base-Doc (Dependencies: none)
        OpenCA-OCSPD (Dependencies: none)
        OpenCA-OCSPD-Doc (Dependencies: none)
        OpenCA-SV (Dependencies: none)
        OpenCA-SCEP (Dependencies: none)

The idea of having separated official packages is not bad for maintenance
and external usage of the tools.

What do you think ?
