What is the current status of the OpenCA project? The website news on 2007/04/13 says that version v0.9.3-rc2 will be released shortly and that was almost 8 months ago.
Also where is the current source repository? The one on SourceForge seems to be out of date. The openca-0.9 directory looks like it might be 0.9.2 based. Finally what is the process for submitting patches?
