[Openca-Users] is it ready?

Hello all, 

I am needing to distribute SSL client certificates to access 
my website, no more than 100 to 200 a year.  Is OpenCA ready 
to handle something like that?

Also, is there an installation how-to somewhere?  When all I 
see is a long list of files to download ... it's just a bit 
intimidating to have no idea what to do with it all.
