[Openca-Users] Certificate enrolment time

Does anybody know how to change certificate enrolment time? It seems to me, that every time I issue certificate, time on certificate is 4 hours ahead of my local time. Certificate time doesn’t follow the machine time. It’s hard coded somewhere!!!   Any hint will be highly appreciated.   Zoran
