Hi, it is due to reading actually serial number directly from file '.../var/crypto/serial'. The serial number stay always 01. It is due to calling function restore_openssl_state () in issueCertificate - in part where is 'Cannot encrypt PIN-mail'.
So sorry, it was really fault at my site.
