I added support for dc to ldap-utils.lib. It is now in the CVS and in
the next RC. You must set DN_WITHOUT_EMAIL "N" and
SET_CERTIFICATE_SERIAL_IN_DN "N" (request's serial is deactivated by
default). Now you fully ontrol the DN on the RA. Now the CA doesn't
manipulate the DN.
