Hi,

I fixed ie_confirm.html and ie_enroll.html to work with the old and the
new xenroll.dll.

ie_confirm works really fine. ie_enroll.html is problematical like at
every time. The way via send_email_cert (this is the download
certificate link if you use the lists) is much more stable then
Microsoft's PKCS#7-Interface which is used by getcert (ie_enroll.html is
the prepared form).
