No, it's wrong. You need a database backend. Actually there is no module 
to use LDAP as a databasebackend of OpenCA.

If you cannot solve your problems with postgresql then you can simply 
use OpenCA::DB. You can enable it during ./configure or you can enable 
it in OENCADIR/etc/servers/*.conf. You must set DBmodule to "DB". That's 
all.
