I saw someone already asked similar question but answer wasn't helpful.

So again:

I installed OpenCA and everything seems to work fine.

On public server I made basic request. After approving and whole procedure
I got email with PIN I need to access my private key.
But problem is that mail is p7m, encrypted, not digitaly signed. How can
I get my PIN ?
What private key is used to encrypt that mail ? I tried to find out any
interesting info using openssl but I found nothing.

Help !
