The encrypted includes only the PIN to start a revocation.

You can get your private key only from the RA. This is for security 
reason to prevent brute force attacks against keys.

If you are on the RA then click on your certificate. Now you can 
download the key and certificate in several formats. If you want to 
import the file into a browser then you should use PKCS#12. If you have 
an Apache then use SSLeay.
