Hi,

- The "Basic Request" certificates is ok, but when we want to download
our certificates (after RA and CA approved request and signed it) there
is the error message:
 "Installation error"

- The "IE Request" is wrong, because there isn't choice about private
key lenght and when we click on "Continue" buttom the browser displays
another error message:
 "Error generating request"

- The "Netscape Request" is ok, and download is correct too.

- In our browser there isn't already the certificate.

Thanks.
