Hi all I have set up openca 0.9.1 and I want to use it for issuing server certs. I have these notes about the current product: 1. can the user be notified if the csr has been rejected or deleted.(for servers) ? 2. if approved and signed but the cert does not have an email. is it possible to get the notification email address at the submission page of the csr (for servers) ? now I have to email the users manually and give them the URL to pick their server certs. 3. is it possible to store more information about the person who submit a server csr, like name and department.. etc this way one can confirm and verify the source of the csr before proving it.
one more note. why the export from the ca exports all the certs not just the new ones and the same for the RA it exports all the requests in the database.
