There is a problem with "make". The files in de_DE and es_ES will be copied from C/ and then automatically translated during "make" by hxgettext which is part of OpenCA.

The errormessage means that the files were not copied from C/ (incl. the Makefile). I think this problem is a result from your former problem with msgfmt.
