The format of the file includes more details. Example:

In both cases I could watch the user names appearing on the screen. But exporting Pins wasn't successful. A tmp directory was created and removed.The tmp directory was created and removed because there are no PINs who can be exported.
That's correct. I think you use a bad file format with not enough informations (BP_File_ImportACL) because I don't publish an updated documentation for the changed batchprocessors :(I think, some information is missing for creating Pins.
You can check the permissions for a user if you go to the user via "list users". There you can see all informations about the user and this is the place where you can start a keyrecovery if you created backups of the private keys.
