I'm on the 'Certificate Request/waiting for approval' screen and cannot
get the 'Approve and Sign Request' button to operate properly. I've
tried activating the function under Mozilla, Netscape, and IE. All
three have problems. They don't seem to know how to interface to the
'crypto' object. I looked at the page source, and it does not appear to
be defined as an interface to theWindow at all.

Did I forget to configure a necessary option in when compiling and
installing? I've got all 5 interfaces running on the same machine (pub,
ra, ca, ca_node, ldap) using PostgreSQL as the backend.
