1. The request is malformed.
2. OpenCA "forgets" that it received a PKCS#10 request and handle it like a SPKAC request.
I will try to verify the problem. Can you send me an example request please? If I have an example from you it is much easier for me to verify the problem because this problem sounds like a showstopper for 0.9.1.1.
