 I actually reported two things. The first and most important for me is
the problem with this particular request i've send You. Yes, i've used
server request link to put the request into OpenCA. All i got in return
is Error 978 and a bunch of errors in Apache log (they are in my
original post from last week)

 Than i discovered that whenever user is requesting certificate from
Netscape/Mozilla than i get similar error (in the Apache logs only thou)
and i wrote about it here as this might someone give a clue

 umm i think i've not been clear enough in my mails. 
 all in all i can't issue certificate for this panzer-request.txt 
 
 BTW does it matter what type of cert i'm asking for? I'm trying to get
VPN Server cert
