I've found the error, in the openca guide it is said for the configure 
of the ra to set the argument
--with-db-name to "openca". However the table created before is named 
"opencara" so i switched
it in /ra/Openca/etc/servers/database/DBI.conf and the sql database was 
succesfully initiated.
