You are blessed i guess. So far i only am managed to get 6000 certificates
 approved. Now the situtation is even worse, With this volume the 'ca' process 
stopped frequently for the subsequent 20 approve requests. I have to start 
the from begining :(.

NO, i checked this too. Only one 'ca' instance is running.

Hold on... does any noticable changes have been made to bp* in the latest 
version. I am using OpenCA-0.9.1 rc version. i have to check this too.
