1. Is there a way to uninstall an old version of OpenCA?

Something like “make uninstall”?

There is definitly no "make uninstall". You can only remove it by hand but it is possible to install all the OpenCA stuff into one directory so that it can easily be removed.

2. Is there an other way to export my configurations that (not to /dev/fd0)?

Of course. Please check your configuration (OPENCADIR/etc/servers/*.conf). You can easily change /dev/fd0 to every other file on your computer. This is required because the exports or backups can easily be bigger than a floppy
