What is the best way to upgrade to openca-9.2?
Do I need to backup my certificates and then import them? I guess I don't need
to run through the initialization process again.
Can you run two versions at the same time?
Any bad experiences with the upgrade?

I would also help to mention in the documentation that you need to run
openca_start to make it work. What does that script do?

install-online never worked for me, I allways had to use install-ext.

DBI with db_type=MySQL didn't work and only setting DB in the config.xml is
working, it complains about unknown db type.
Many thanks in advance
Oleg
